look out for vultures

Every day I get so many emails inviting me to join this or claiming they have the answer to help me make a million dollars. Some claim that if you pay $27.00 or $16.00, they will forward the 9 secret steps to success. You pay the x amount of dollars and excitedly open the email that contains the "secret" and it ends up being mostly things that you already know already. Don't get me wrong, there are some real genuine helpful people out there but most are to make something off of the desperation of others.

There is no magical recipe for success. There are many things that contribute to success. The main things is a unwavering determination. When I first got into the business I am in now, I saw the potential in this business...I was excited and than determined. Along the way, I have read things about the company that some had written that claimed it was a scam. I've also had some friends tell me that it's not going to work. That could have been the end of my excitement and determination but it wasn't. This always those that scream "fraud" I bet non of them have ever experienced true freedom through success.

I see with my team, determination and excitement is contagious. I know we will succeed. It's also important to be a true leader and build everyone on your team to become a true leader. A true leader is one that seeks to build others around them up. They are there for you through the good times and the bad. Nobody gets left behind. They know the true value of building strong relationships. My upline as well as my downline in my business are part of my team and we all work together. If one is struggling with doubt or getting people to listen, we are there to support. Some of our team members are accross the country or in another country and we still support through video phone or travelling there. After all the team is as strong as your weakest link. So success comes from a commitment to each other.

Determination, belief in your product and company and a commitment to your team mates, those are the ingredients that have helped us.

Don't quit 3 months in when you don't see the results and hook into a team that is committed to seeing you succeed!

successful woman

Women in business continue to be the shining light in the current market. According to the Center for Women's Business Research, female entrepreneurs generate $2.3 trillion to the American economy and employ more than 18 million people.

There are many examples of women in business success stories but we did not have to dig deep to find the truly inspirational female business leaders. The following women in business have overcome great odds and serve as a beacon for all those to follow.

Each of these examples provides varying degrees of hardship and success. Some, like former Washington Post CEO, Kathrine Graham, had no idea of the ability in her until tragedy struck. Others, like Oprah Winfrey have the spark of greatness within them. As William Shakespeare stated, "Be not afraid of greatness; some are born great, some achieve greatness, and others have greatness thrust upon them."

Inspirational Women in Business

Katherine Graham, CEO Washington Post: Graham's rise to publishing leadership was something "thrust upon" her. Following her husband's death from suicide depression, Katherine had chosen to fill her husband's shoes as the Post's publisher.

Katherine had no idea of the greatness ahead of her but as stated in her autobiography "Personal History", "What I essentially did was to put one foot in front of the other, shut my eyes, and step off the edge". That courage led her to become the first female CEO of a Fortune 500 company. Katherine's success can be summed up by her words, "To love what you do and feel that it matters — how could anything be more fun?"

Ruth Handler, Founder of Mattel & Barbie Creator: California female entrepreneur, Ruth Handler transformed her belief of girls playing with paper dolls, to dolls with breasts being vital to the child's self-esteem. That belief led to the icon everyone knows as Barbie. From a garage in 1945, Mattel grew to become a Fortune 500 company. Ruth's understanding of self-image continued later in life when she developed the "Nearly Me" breast prosthesis following a mastectomy. Disliked by feminists, Handler's ability to stick to her vision shows the trait required by all small business owners.

Mary Kay Ash, Founder Mary Kay Cosmetics: Probably one of the most significant impressions left upon women's opportunities to succeed in business was from the positive and giving attitude of Mary Kay Ash. Mary Kay entered the world of selling for a company called Stanley Home Products.

Throughout her career she won numerous awards and upon retirement decided to take the entrepreneurial plunge and build her "dream business". And what a business it was, Mary Kay Cosmetics has gone on to change the lives of millions. Success did not come easy to Mary Kay, her husband died one month before the company launch but her philosophy endured, "If you think you can, you can. And if you think you can’t, you’re right."

Oprah Winfrey, Chairman Harpo, Inc.: The first African-American woman to become a billionaire, Oprah overcame her own trials and tribulations stemming from child abuse. Oprah began her television career at seventeen and her star was lit when she turned around the failing "AM Chicago" show. Oprah's business and career success can be attributed to her passion to help others.

Oprah clearly states her corporate mission for The Oprah Winfrey Show "...is to use television to transform people's lives, to make viewers see themselves differently and to bring happiness and a sense of fulfillment into every home."

These women represent a small sampling of many great women in business influentials. The one common thread among the stories of success is success does not come easy. Success goes hand in hand with hardship and challenges. Never lose sight of your small business struggles...they are a requirement to great things.

I love my toy

I have purchased this video phone about one month ago and absolutely love it. Not only can I call everyone just like a regular telephone but all the charges are free. You pay just one low monthly fee and all your local and long distance calls are included. No extra charges, no hidden fees.

Plus it includes many of the features that you would normally have to pay extra for. Like caller Id, call forwarding, speed dialing and voice mail. Since this is a digital device, the setup is fast and easy using the menu system. You have features not available with your typical phone like a built in calendar for reminders. You can even plug in a flash memory card with photos stored on it and use the phone display as a digital picture frame.

I haven't even mentioned the best feature of this device which will soon make this a "must have" item in everyone's home real soon. Obviously it is the live video feed that allows you to see who you are talking too, just as if they were there in the room with you.

With the Internet now becoming more of a social network with huge numbers of people displaying personal videos on various sites. The acceptance of using the Iris 3000 video phone is becoming a no-brainer. The timing of introducing this video phone is ideal. We have become more comfortable with using video as evidenced by the number of web cam, video cameras, cell phones, etc. that are in use today. We no longer are afraid of letting others see us through video.
1q`hone to get a better idea on how it can change the way you communicate in this new digital world.

For those with an entrepreneurial vein, or those tired of working for someone else in this tough economy, there is a way to generate an income and becoming your own boss just by sharing the opportunity the thisvideo phonepresents.

I predict...

The videophone was first invented back in 1955, and some demonstration models (black and white) were around in the 60s. AT&T tried to launch its “Picturephone” in the 70s, then again from 1992 to 1995, but it flopped. The service was expensive and the picture quality poor. And quite frankly, people just weren’t ready for videophones back then.

But there’s been a shift in public consciousness. Videocams and instant messaging have paved the way for greater acceptance of audiovisual communication technologies. We’re understanding that many of the impossible gadgets of early sci-fi flicks have now been fully developed and are ready for us to use.

Today, there’s a high-quality video phone on the market called the IRIS 3000 and it’s quickly gaining public acceptance.

A Videophone in Every Home and Office…

The 3000 series videophone is being adopted fast, especially in North America. Before long, every home will have one.

The way television spread, so will videophones. But I expect videophones will also quickly penetrate office environments as well, replacing many a traditional telephone.

Why are videophones popping up fast and furious this year?

The younger generation has cut their teeth on audiovisual. For them, using a videophone is a no-brainer, especially since you can also get all the features of today’s regular phones built in – caller ID, call waiting, 3-way calling, messaging, etc.

Businesspeople are also rapidly switching to videophones. There’s nothing better than dealing face to face if you’re selling, training, explaining or providing customer service. Plus there’s a cost-cutting consideration. videophone-to-videophone calls are free of charge anywhere in the world, and the VOIP network enables free calls to any phone in North America, including Hawaii, and to Puerto Rico. Europe and other parts of the world are up next.

Will moms and pops go for videophones? For sure. In a time where families and friends are scattered far and wide, you think they wouldn’t want to speak face to face with loved ones far away?

A videophone is basically plug and play, so even the technically challenged among us will have no problem using it. The more adventurous may even hook their phone’s video feed to a TV screen, then have conversations with friends or family members as if they were sitting there in the living room.

Get in Position to Make Money with Videophones

3000 series videophones are available exclusively from reps of the company that makes the phone. Savvy reps are therefore positioning themselves to be easily found when the intensive Googling begins.

Company reps are also speaking to as many people as possible. The more people they tell about videophones today, the more people will join their personal videophone team, and the higher their multi-tiered commissions will be when the tsunami hits.

We’re Talking Life-Changing Wealth… For the Taking

The opportunity to make extreme money is here. The only thing you need to decide is if you want a share… or not.

Sure, there’s some effort to be made. But the same applies for any job, doesn’t it? Your time and effort is extremely well invested in spreading the word about the videophone company’s jawdropping opportunity. Because by doing so, you’re creating a recurring or residual income for yourself and your family. How so?

Simply put, you get paid whenever your referrals, and the referrals of your referrals, their referrals in turn, and so on, use a videophone or other telecommunications service from the same company (i.e. phone bundles, wireless, internet, satellite TV or security systems). This residual income can be passed on to your heirs, too.

“But there’s a recession going on,” you say. “People can’t afford new services…”

One thing you can bank on is this. Phone, Internet and TV bills will continue to be paid, no matter what. People won’t think twice about maintaining these services, even while they cut back elsewhere.

Someone once said, “Offer ‘em stuff they’re already paying for, but better quality or at a lower price, and you’ve got it made.”

Your Own Videophone Business on Autopilot

And here’s another important point to consider. I also intend to be a huge videophone business builder. So by joining my team, chances are you’ll get good spillover from me as well.

What Should You Do Now?

Do nothing… and nothing will change.

Or…

Jump in and ride the big wave!

The videophone will be a huge growth sector in 2009-2010.
Join the clear leader in the field.
Use a unique prospecting and development system.
Are you in?

Start right away! Get in touch with me, and I’ll tell you where to go (lol).

Oh, and if you’re not interested in making money, but want to buy a videophone for your home or office, let me know. I’ll tell you where to go, too.

are you living the life you always dreamed of

I grew up believing that if I followed all the rules, life would just work out. I graduated high school, went to university, got married, had kids, became a social worker....and worked and worked and worked and than there were cut backs and I was cut back. Following all the rules got day care people raising my kids, student loans, job that didn't pay me what I was worth and depending on the economy, laid off or fired.

When I first discovered network marketing, like many people, I was skeptical. The first thought was, "pyramid scheme". After getting educated about the concept of direct marketing, I realized that it could be a very real business. There are scams out there like any other business, however, there are very real opportunities for people to build residual income that pays you what your worth and can survive any economic times. Better yet, it has given me the time to be there for my kids and their kids.

So, ask yourself this, are you living the life you've always dreamed of? Is your job secure? If you work really hard will you continually get raises? If you should for some reason not be able to work, will the checks still keep coming in? Do you get paid every time someone pays their phone, Internet, or cell?

Do you market essential products that people already use everyday for a better price? Does it have a compensation plan that pays you in bonuses while you are building a residual income? Does it have an upline who are committed to helping you build your business? All you need to do is to find 3 people to join the business and 20 customers who want to save money on their phone and internet bill in all of your career. visit our website and get started building the future you have dreamed of. www.skchampions.acnrep.com

How to be in the 3% of network marketers that succeed

Let's face it, residual income is and has been for years the greatest way to make money. It's like a movie star making a movie once and getting paid royalties every time it airs. Most of us work at jobs in which we get paid for time worked and that's it. We get laid off or quit the checks are gone.

Network Marketing has gotten it's share of bad reviews. Mostly from people that tried it and failed. There isn't anything magical about how to succeed in network marketing.

1) Find a company that has stood the test of time and proven itself.

2) Make sure that the products they have are actually going to benefit the customers and is something that would be appealing to a wide range of people. ( make sure that the company is customer focused rather than representative focused, meaning that the money that the reps make are coming from products sold, not just from acquiring reps or self consuming....that would be a pyramid scam)

3) Get in for the long haul. Think of it as a 2-5 year plan. There is no get rich quick and those that make claims or promises you x amount of money in the first month are lying to you.

4) Make sure that you get sponsored under someone that is committed to mentoring you. This is very important. You cannot build your organization alone. A good mentor will walk you through it step by step, until it comes naturally for you. A good system will be simple enough to duplicate. Creating a strong team not only gives credibility to the company but creates momentum which creates success.

5) Networking is building relationships. It's not who's the greatest sales person but rather, who will people trust. You need to genuinely care about the customer to sell them your product just as you need to care about the person joining your team because they trust you not to scam them.

6)Don't push people into anything because they will be the ones to complain in the end. If you run your business with integrity and are excited about what you are doing, people will come. You treat them well and word of mouth travels faster than any other advertising or lead generating things because you have built a relationship and a reputation.

When I found the right combination in a company and a great mentoring upline, things really changed for me and got exciting. I had tried many different opportunities and it just didn't give me the results that I was looking for. I have a great team now, a company that focuses on retaining customers and a product that people use everyday. We have a foundation that with hard work can put people in that 3% success rate or rather 50% or even 100% ....why not!
